The LBC (Liberty Business Center) has 24 modern offices in varying sizes (125 square feet to 550 square feet).

Mezzanine Space

Mezzanine office has its own bathroom, HVAC, and kitchenette. There is lots of natural light, built-in shelving, and the suite can be used as either a retail or office space. The suite has 1,173rsf (rentable square feet) and rents for $1,950 a month. Furniture available for additional monthly fee.

 

Some free rent may be available with longer leases.

LBC & Annex

Liberty Business Center (2nd Floor) & LBC Annex (3rd Floor)

There are two conference rooms and two lounges in the Liberty Business Center for tenants and clients to enjoy along with free coffee.  We have showers and bike rooms for those that may want to bike to work or jump on the Centennial Trail that runs by the building during their lunch hour.
