Mezzanine office has its own bathroom, HVAC, and kitchenette. There is lots of natural light, built-in shelving, and the suite can be used as either a retail or office space. The suite has 1581rsf (rentable square feet) and rents for $2,500 a month. Furniture available for additional monthly fee.
Some free rent may be available with longer leases.

Liberty Business Center
There are two conference rooms and two lounges in the Liberty Business Center for tenants and clients to enjoy along with free coffee. We have showers and bike rooms for those that may want to bike to work or jump on the Centennial Trail that runs by the building during their lunch hour.

This is warehouse space in our basement. There is a freight elevator off the back alley and a passenger elevator in the lobby. All utilities are paid.
