The Liberty Building Currently has the following spaces available to lease:

We have 10,244 square feet of space from which to create the perfect office. You choose the look, colors and feel you want and we'll build it for you. You'll be in a beautiful National Historic building right in the heart of downtown Spokane. If you don't want all 10,244 square feet, we can create a smaller size office to suit your needs. The cost per square foot will depend on your lease hold improvements and length of lease. Our square foot cost will be lower than any comparable downtown Spokane space. Basement
We have approximately 15,000 square feet of dry storage space with a 12 foot ceiling. Storage space is available for $4 a square foot. We would also be open to discussing remodeling for use as retail, service, educational or office uses.
